There is metered parking at the East Ninth Street Pier. Be sure to pay for parking, it is quite inexpensive.

About this Location

The East Ninth Street Pier is a 730-foot-long brick-paved walkway that extends north of East 9th Street in downtown Cleveland. The pier is adjacent to the North Coast Harbor.

Fishing and parking are permitted in designated areas. A parking fee is required.

The 4.5-acre Voinovich Bicentennial Park is a passive park located at the end of the pier. The park features a brick-paved walkway around its perimeter, terraced green space, a concert stage, and benches. Fishing is permitted in designated areas.

Both the pier and park offer scenic views of the North Coast Harbor attractions and downtown skyline.
