Seal Cove Picnic Area is located near the village of Seal Cove, on the southwestern side of the island, also known as the "Quietside". The picnic area overlooks the harbor, where you can see local lobster boats and yachts anchored in the water. The area has a public boat launch area and a canoe and kayak launch. The cove also offers views of the sunset, as it faces the western shore of the island.
