The Colebrook Wastewater Treatment Plant is located adjacent to the confluence of the Mohawk River with the Connecticut River. There are sewage ponds at the treatment plant which is accessed from Lynch Road. 

The Upper Coos Recreational Rail Trail passes the ponds.
