The viewable ponds are the middle and south ones. The two north-most ponds, save for the northern edge of the NW pond, are not very viewable. Scoping from the top of your car can help with visibility though. There is a two-track that goes off the road up to the edge of the fence by the middle and south pond, which is the best spot to view from.
