In Grafton, the Community Harvest Project (CHP) operates on two properties across the street from one another. The Brigham Hill Community Farm is owned by Crater-Ferraro Realty and leased to CHP. The White Family owns the White Farm which is also leased to CHP. Over 50 varieties of vegetables and blueberries are grown over 15 acres between these two properties, surrounded by Grafton Land Trust land and trails. The Brigham Hill Community Barn is a beautiful post and beam barn available for public use.
