Louisa Lake is a popular destination for fishing, disc golf, walking, and picnicking. The lake has a disc golf course and a walking trail that offers views of the water and wildlife. The lake is easily accessible from Dilla Street and has ample parking and restrooms. 

The Louisa Lake conservation property is owned by the Town of Milford. It is 33 acres. 

There is a trailhead for the Charles River Bike Trail on Dilla Street at the sound end of Louisa Lake.
