Joppa Park is located on the banks of the Merrimack River in Newburyport. The park offers views of the river and the nearby Plum Island, as well as a variety of recreational activities such as fishing, boating, birdwatching, and walking. Joppa Park is also home to the Joppa Flats Education Center, a facility that provides environmental education programs and exhibits.
