About this Location

The Mill Pond South Wetland Complex is located near Mill Brook, a tributary of the Connecticut River, and the Ascutney Mill Dam. The complex consists of wetlands, grasslands, and forests that provide habitat for a variety of species. 

The wetlands south of Mill Pond lie between VT-44 and VT-12 in an area known as “The Narrows.”
