Scan the area and listen for rails. 

Rails, marsh birds such as bitterns and gallinules. Highlights from this location include King Rail and American Bittern.

This is a small rentention area behind Home Depot. Actual access is unclear. Home Depot does not seem to mind birders, just stay away from equipment and delivery vehicles. You can either drive slowly or park behind Olive Graden and walk over.
