The park is nicely maintained by Bartow County and volunteers. Gravel trails loop the lake and divert into deep woods at one point. Good year-round birding. Can be a tad busy on weekends at the ball fields, the rec center, and with runners and walkers, but early mornings and weekdays are usually quiet. Fishing allowed. Restrooms available.
