About this Location

Black Pond is fed by Tinker Brook and Great Roaring Brook. It is located near the hamlets of Plymouth Union and West Bridgewater, and close to the Coolidge Homestead and the Plymouth Notch Cemetery, where President Calvin Coolidge was born and buried. Black Pond is also the source of the Black River, which flows into the Connecticut River.
