Southern Point Pond is on private property and entry is limited to residents of the Southern Point housing development. Please view birds from the roadside only.

A scope may be helpful to see the rear of the pond. But for the most part it very easy to view birds there with binoculars. It has been very reliable for viewing waterfowl.
