Metropolitan Community College-Longview is in Lee's Summit on an approximately 120-acre campus, developed on a part of the former Longview Farm. There are three entrances, all on SW Longview Road. The main entrance is Lola Lane, 0.3 mile south of the intersection of View High Drive and SW 3rd Street, which provides access to Parking Lots A and B. Other entrances are Sallie Road, 0.1 mile south of the intersection of View High Drive and SW 3rd Street; and Long Road, 0.2 miles west of View High Drive and SW 3rd Street. The campus is mostly mowed grass with scattered trees. One wooded area is south of Lot A and another is west of Long Road.

No trails are present other than campus sidewalks.
