Access is difficult due to private residence along shoreline. Public access at the end of Navy Road here 36.58388, -88.13917. Mudflat in winter kayak accessible in summer.

Crappie Hollow is adjacent to Navigator Drive near where the Blood River flows into Kentucky Lake.
