Ayers Pond is a reservoir that covers 236 acres and has a maximum depth of 30 feet. It is also known by other names, such as Ayers Lake and Ayer's Pond. It is part of the Berrys River watershed, which flows into the Cocheco River and eventually into the Atlantic Ocean.

There is access to Ayers Pond on Daniel Cater Road.
