Douglas Center Cemetery was established in 1747 and contains the graves of many prominent citizens, including Revolutionary War veterans, local ministers, and civic leaders. The cemetery is notable for its variety of gravestone styles, ranging from simple fieldstones to elaborate carvings and sculptures. The cemetery also features a stone archway at the entrance, a granite obelisk dedicated to the town's war dead, and a chapel built in 1892. The cemetery was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
Douglas Center Cemetery is on Main Street (MA-16) opposite Old Douglas Town Common.
