State Park managed for Black-capped Vireo habitat; Oak/Juniper/Pinyon; Elf Owls nest in trees near HQ. As you enter park you are in Edwards county and about half way to headquarters starts Kinney county. Park personnel can assist knowing where county lines are for those interested.
