Tips for Birding

This is the is at the far west end of Lake Georgetown.  It is best known for sparrows which winter in the area. I think the best sparrow birding is on the north side of the river from early December until the end of February. The south side trail is good for wrens, cardinals, sparrows, warblers (especially during migration).

Sparrows, warblers, chickadees, titmice, wrens, local song birds
