Long Cove is an inlet located in the town of Chamberlain. It is part of the Muscongus Bay, which is known for its rich marine life and diverse habitats. Long Cove is home to several lobster fishers who operate from the small harbor at the end of the cove. Long Cove is surrounded by wooded hills and rocky shores, creating a contrast between the calm water and the rugged landscape. ME-32 traverses the west side of Long Cove and Long Cove Point Road is on the east side of the cove.
