Lamberton Brook flows from Lamberton Brook Reservoir, which is located near the hamlet of Marks Garrison and the town of West Brookfield. The brook eventually joins the Quaboag River, which is part of the Chicopee River watershed.

The Lamberton Brook conservation property is owned by the Massachusetts Division of State Parks and Recreation. It is 13 acres. This property is open to the public.
