The road is seasonally flooded at the MA-47 end.
Year-round, especially fall and winter for sparrows, buntings, and raptors.
Aqua Vitae Road goes from Bridge Street (MA-9) for 1.25 miles to Bay Road (MA-17). Agricultural fields are adjacent to Aqua Vitae Road. The road is parallel to the Connecticut River.
