Hotspot covering the shore and the whole bay. Especially at low tide quite a number of birds are at or close to the shore (gulls, mallards, wigeons, waders). Small river end at the shore close to the suggested observation site. As there are some breakwaters at the outer part of the bay, it is quite sheltered, and is therefore probably a good resting place for diverse seabirds.

Please note that the small park behind the school is a separate hotspot, and so is the general village area.
