One enters Lakeside Park off of the far southern end of Main Street, south of the intersection with Yett Street by the Marble Falls Skate Park. Be sure to notice the sculpture at the skate park and also the Floyd Tillman sculpture and the Oscar J Fox marker (both home town fellows) a little further down on the street.

Unfortunately, Lakeside Park has been getting more and more manicured so this park is less birdy than walking along Backbone Creek in Johnson Park or the golf paths in the Disc Golf Course.

A concrete path runs the length of the edge of the water along Lake Marble Falls and Backbone Creek all the way back to Johnson Park.
