Allerton Point is a peninsula located in the town of Hull. It borders the Atlantic Ocean on the east, Hingham Bay on the west, and Hull Bay on the north. The point is named after Isaac Allerton, one of the passengers of the Mayflower who settled in Plymouth Colony. Allerton Point has a rich history and a scenic landscape, attracting many visitors and residents. The point is home to several historic landmarks, such as the Allerton House, the Allerton Lighthouse, and the Allerton Cemetery.
There is access to a view of the water at the intersection of Point Allerton Avenue and Holbrook Avenue.
