Siders Pond is a salt-stratified meromictic pond located in Falmouth. The pond receives both freshwater and saltwater inputs, seepage faces allow fresh groundwater to enter the pond, while a small channel in the pond’s southwest corner allows salt water to flow in from Vineyard Sound during flooding events.
