At nearly 13 miles long, Ute Lake is one of the largest bodies of water in the state. The best birding areas are located along the North Shore. Good areas to look for birds are the North Area, Logan Park, and Rogers Park. This park is very popular with recreationists and can be quite crowded on busy summer weekends.
