This heavily wooded pond is a nice getaway. Go south of Knoxville on Highway 14 to 280th Avenue. Take this south for a little over two miles to where it intersects County H20. Just beyond where H20 takes a hard right turn you should see the entrance to the pond on your left. To reach the south part of the pond, from the town of Williamson, go east on 530th Street to the end of the street. Go south for one-half mile and then east on 525th. The road curves north and becomes 280th Avenue. In a half mile, where the road curves back to the east, there is a small road that goes north to the pond.
