All year: Common Eider (Faroese subspecies), Black Guillemot (Faroese subspecies), Northern Fulmar (less in Sept-Oct), Wren (Faroese subspecies).

About 9 km from Tórshavn. Ferry to Hestur. Mouth of undersea tunnel to Sandoy. Previously also ferry to Skopun, Sandoy, but this ferry was abandonded in December 2023 when the undersea tunnel to Sandoy opened. Main attraction is that you may take a look at (mainly) seabirds while waiting for the ferry.
