Fisherman's Beach offers a view of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as a variety of recreational activities including swimming, fishing, boating, and kayaking. The beach is also home to the Swampscott Fish House, a historic building that serves as a meeting place for the Swampscott Fishermen's Association. The association is a nonprofit organization that promotes the preservation and enhancement of the fishing industry and culture in Swampscott.
