Monument Beach looks out upon the Bourne entrance to the Cape Cod Canal and the Monument Beach Marina. Along Shore Road in Bourne, Monument Beach is a nice peaceful place to spend some time. There is plenty of room on this large beach, especially since it doesn’t get too crowded. Lifeguards are on duty and there is a concession stand, volleyball net, and bathhouse. Another bonus, there’s lots of parking.
