Rutland State Park is a 300-acre recreation area that offers hiking, biking, fishing, boating, and swimming. The park has trails, including a section of the Midstate Trail and the Central Mass Rail Trail, that connect to other natural areas. The park has a boat ramp, a pavilion, a picnic area, and a swimming beach at Whitehall Pond.
