This is a huge parking lot. It is in a relatively elevated location and in the Winter gulls and Bald Eagles frequently fly over. There is restricted access most of the time to this lot and you generally need a parking permit. Exceptions occur during sporting events. There also is public meter parking in the southeast corner of the lot.
