Oso Bay can be viewed from Suter Wildlife Refuge at various access points (there are two access points to the refuge along Ennis Joslin Rd.), the Texas A&M University Corpus Christi campus (parking permit required), and along Ocean Drive between the university and the Naval Air Station.
