This hotspot consists of a set of privately owned farms on Cemetery Road and Honey Pot Road. These fields are posted as private property, so it is important to note that it is illegal to walk onto the fields, you may only view from the roadside. If visiting this hotspot please be cognoscente of where you are pulling off, do not block the road or access for the agricultural fields and be respectful of the farm owner's privacy so that birders can continue to appreciate this area for years to come and avoid conflicts with the farm owners.

Honey Pot Road is located north of MA-9 and traverses agricultural fields on an oxbow of the Connecticut River.
