Lake Warner is a fertile, 70-acre, warm-water pond located three miles west of Amherst Center in North Hadley. The 3.4 miles of shoreline are about ten percent developed. 

A small paved ramp off of Mount Warner Road at MA-47 is suitable for launching trailered boats, limited parking is available on the grass across the street from the ramp.
