In Cedar Rapids, Linn Co. Take the H Ave. exit off I-380 in town, and the lake appears quickly to the west. H Ave. ends at Shaver Rd., and parking is found directly across the road, and by following Shaver south (left) and then turning right, before the tracks. From this second lot, waterfowl also populate the channel found by walking past the lake toward Quaker Oats.
