The Sendero del Sol South Trail goes south from North Angel Fire Road. Use Sendero del Sol North Trail for hikes on the north side of the road.

The Sendero del Sol trail begins on North Angel Fire Road just east of the Angel Fire Fire Station. The trail moves north to the Angel Fire solar array and loops back south across North Angel Fire Road. This trail provides a fairly level walk along the valley floor with great views of the area. Heading south, the trail connects to the Bobcat trail just south of South Angel Fire Road and loops back north into the core Village area.
