This is a private residence which the owners will open from time to time for visitors, particularly when rarities occur. Notifications are typically made on the birdky Listserv.

A number of rarities have appeared here, most recently Rufous Hummingbird.

Private residence. There is a cul-de-sac and driveway which can be birded with the owners' permission. There are feeders and water sources, as well as a wide array of vegetation selected (in part) for bird food and shelter.
