The East parcel is bounded on the west by an approximately 1.2 km unopened right of way which would be the extension of Bear Creek Rd., on the north by Elim Lodge Rd. (Note: there is a lot at this corner of the parcel which is private property – please do not trespass).

The eastern boundary is approximately 1.0 km south along Lakehurst Rd.

Note: Kawartha Land Trust will be erecting property boundary signs around the perimeter of the property in the near future.

Hammer Family Nature Preserve is owned by the Kawartha Land Trust

There are currently (May 2024) no official trails.
