The South Parcel’s north and west boundaries are Elim Lodge Rd. The east boundary is an approximately 1.2 km unopened right of way which would be the extension of Bear Creek Rd. The southern boundary is adjacent to a farm lane approximately 1.5 km south on Elim Lodge Rd.
(Note: Please do not access the Hammer property via the green gate and laneway – these belong to the adjacent landowner and you will be trespassing if you enter this property.)
Note: Kawartha Land Trust will be erecting property boundary signs around the perimeter of the property in the near future.
