Ormsbee Trail is a 1.5-mile  horseshoe loop trail. Pull-off parking for 2 cars is on Center Road across from the trailhead. The Old Powder Horn Glen parking has now been closed. 

This loop trail skirts the Fairmont fields, then winds through Hemlocks and mixed hardwoods. A trail spur marked "Vista" leads to a bench with views of working farms, The vista provides views of Spruce Mountain and the White Mountains on a clear day. Bonus trails connect to the loop; Starr/Dworkin loop trails are marked with red or black arrows and trail maps. Go north on Center Road to continue on more East Montpelier Trails 0.66 miles away.
