It is a good spot to count migrating Common Nighthawks near sunset at the end of August and the first days of September.

This approximately 4-acre cemetery has woodlots along its west and north side. The entrance is at the corner of North Lancaster Street and Columbia Avenue. There is street parking nearby. The cemetery has a mostly level paved road with some steep sections. The hilltop location provides beautiful views north into the Hocking Valley and beyond.
