Drive the road slowly or park on the side of the road, near the bridge and bird the surrounding areas.
Watch for songbirds in the trees and shrubby areas. Rusty Blackbird in the winter and White-breasted Nuthatches can be found here occasionally.
This hotspot refers to Long Trussel Road on the Brazos County side. This is a public gravel road. The road is not very busy, but people do drive fast down the road, sobe careful.
