Szot Park features a playground, a spray park, a pool, a gazebo, a pavilion, picnic tables, and a fountain. It has courts and fields for sports such as baseball, softball, football, soccer, tennis, basketball, and bocce. Szot Park hosts summer concerts and has trails and a walking track for those who enjoy nature. The park is named after Frank J. Szot, a former mayor of Chicopee who died in 1960.
