Official WebsiteWith a grassy lawn, picnic table, and bench by the river, Paskamansett Park is a peaceful setting for a streamside picnic with friends and family. The park features a canoe launch on the Paskamansett River. Water levels in the river can be shallow.
The river access at Paskamansett Park makes this a good spot to look for wildlife like fish and frogs. Sit quietly along the banks of the river, and you might see a turtle sunning itself on a log. Upland forest habitat extends along the banks of the river, providing shelter for birds and small woodland mammals.
Paskamansett Park has a short walking trail that runs for about one-tenth of a mile through the woods before ending at private property.
