The Caouette-Simeone Conservation Land, 14 acres, is located off Maple Street in Acton where there is parking for the Assabet River Rail Trail. 

The Assabet River Rail Trail (ARRT) offers hikers, bicyclists, and other users the opportunity to experience numerous natural resources common to the region. The 12.5-mile trail passes through Marlborough, Hudson, Stow, Maynard, and South Acton in eastern Massachusetts. It begins in Marlborough and finishes in Acton.
