About this Location

Robert and Carolyn Dube live on Dube’s Pond and portions of their property are held by the Town as a conservation easement. These two areas include pond access on Whitehall Road by the old dam and a buffer strip along the pond shoreline where there is a walking trail. If you visit there, you will see two dams, one of which is fairly new, a boat ramp, and a walking trail with beautiful views of the pond.  The Town’s conservation easement boundary is found facing the pond, on the right side stream bank of the older dam.  That site is where the original dam was built by Robert Dube’s father many years ago. Thanks to cooperation by the Dubes and the Town of Hooksett, the pond remains at a constant level, usable by the wildlife and people.
