The property is part of a larger unfragmented natural landscape that connects to Bear Brook State Park and Clay Pond Headwaters Conservation Area. The conservation area is managed by the Hooksett Conservation Commission, which has developed a stewardship plan to guide wildlife habitat management, forestry, trails, and passive recreation.
