The James Babson Museum is a historic museum located in Rockport, Massachusetts. The museum was founded in 1932 by James Babson, a descendant of one of the first settlers of Cape Ann. The museum features a collection of tools, furniture, paintings, and other artifacts that reflect the history and culture of Rockport and the surrounding area. The museum is housed in a 17th-century stone house that was once owned by James Babson's ancestors. The museum is open to the public in July and August. The grounds around the museum are open all year.
