The 10-acre Beerman Fen is a wetland park developed by the Beaver Creek Wetlands Association. It has the James P. Amon Biodiversity Reserve hotspot as its southern border, where a boardwalk originates, travels a half-mile through Beerman Fen, and continues north to Valle View Reserve.
